Unfortunately SUFFOCATION cancelled their entire summer festival tour 2013! We have now knowledge about the bands' motives. Shit happens!
After 24 years, eight albums and hundreds of live shows across 30 countries, VOMITORY(swe) have finally come to the end of the road. The band will play some hand picked farewell shows and one of the shows will take place at PARTY.SAN OPEN AIR 2013! It´s time to worship one of the finest Swedish death metal acts for the very last time on our stage!

SHINING have been wrecking havoc and letting blood ever since their inception in Sweden and the major releases that gained worldwide critical acclaim like “VII: Fodd Forlorare” and “V: Halmstad”. SHINING are mostly known for giving birth to the dark introverted genre that goes by the name of depressive Black Metal and these Swedes have been Gods of their genre ever since the late 90’s. SKELETAL REMAINS(us) will perform live at PARTY.SAN OPEN AIR 2013. The band definitely has an old school edge about them, with frantic riffing mirroring that of Death and Pestilence. The overall dark, antagonistic sound of their debut album effectively carries through music that really sounds like Death. A lot of bands these days forget to incorporate that deathly sound and only manage to pull off hard riffing, fast drums, and brutal vocals, with no real essence or depth. DEATHRONATION(ger) is a german old-school death metal band. The music is extremely raw, filthy and brutal as fuck. The guitars sound like chainsaws soaked in blood and the vocalist seems to be an archaic demon from the bottomless pits of hell. Somewhere in between old Immolation, Incantation and Possessed this band has found it´s own home. Highly recommended!!!

WOUND(ger) from Wiesbaden/Germany is one of the highest hopes in german death metal. The band just released one demo(“Confess to filth”) which is a serious killer one. WOUND mixes up old school death metal à la Entombed with a bash of crustcore and the result is simply overwhelming! Check them out!
